NORS Design was co-founded by Rabi Samad and Sahar Ghazale in 2022 in U.A.E. as a continuation to their 2001 partnership which started in Lebanon and continued to Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia throughout the years. Today under their leadership, NORS Design operates in the MENA and GCC region in several fields such as Interior Architecture and Procurement.

Rabi started his career 1996, after graduating with a degree in Business studies from LAU, Beirut. His career started in corporate banking in U.A.E then shifted in 2007 to procurement of soft furnishing and finishing materials for major companies in the GCC area. Projects he worked on were some of the largest in each of the countries. Currently he consults for a major company and is the managing director of NORS Design.

Sahar graduated in 1998 in Interior Architecture from LAU, Beirut and joined one of the most prestigious design firms in Lebanon at the time, Dori Hitti Architects. Six years later she created her own studio with projects mainly in Lebanon. In 2008, she moved to Kuwait and worked as head of the design department of a design firm there. In 2019 she decided to work on her own with projects ranging from commercial restaurants and showrooms to high end residential villas which is what she specializes in. In parallel she co-founded NORS design and started working on projects throughout the region. Her scope includes full interior design from working drawings, 3D renderings, site supervision, and furniture and finishes supply.
